Way to go, Runkeeper. Youve broken my Apple Watch Move data again. I had a streak of 46 days going and now its broken because of your buggy, untested update.
Ive been using this app for two years, and its let me down so many times I cant believe I am stuck using it.
I am tracking mileage for a long walking project where my goal is 3000 miles. I completed that cumulative distance and the only regret I have is that I used Runkeeper.
It crashes way too often, has no way of telling whether Ive stopped or started, has a convoluted user interface, and now is an abomination when using it with the Apple Watch.
Why do I keep using it? Well, once you start using an app like this, it accumulates your data, and if you want to switch apps, you lose the proof that you actually walked those miles.
Please, dont make the same mistake I did. If you use this app, and especially if you pay for it like I have, you will regret it. If I could give it less than one star, I would.
Update: six months later and Runkeepers problems with Apple Watch continue. In short, using it is an abomination. It will keep the correct time and distance on the iPhone and then somehow add that together with what its recorded on the Apple Watch. Its just downright nonsensical. This is the worst implementation of a running app Ive ever seen. Do not waste your time or effort on this.
