I have now been using run keeper for 2-1/2 years and still love it!
It has never glitched on me??? Although I dont "run" anymore as it is too hard on my old knees....I do lots of low impact substitutes. I cycle almost every weekend 20-40 miles and kayak 4-5 miles and do a couple 1/2 mile swims during the week. Run keeper is no good for my swimming but excellent for my cycling and rowing, as I pair it to my iPhone along with a basis peak watch and the two programs talk to each other as Im riding and rowing. Now if I could just get run keeper and the peak to come up with a way to track swimming laps my fitness tracking will be complete. I still give it 5 stars for tracking 2 out of 3 workout types and doing it very well!
